The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community. CFCE expanded in early 2012 to include a health care center, The Pediatric & Family Health and Wellness Center.
The Pediatric & Family Health and Wellness Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), offers an array of preventative health services including but not limited to: general and sick care for adults and children, OB/GYN, dental services, nutrition programs and mental health and substance abuse treatment for children and adults.
As a Program Assistant, you will provide secretarial support to the Behavioral team to achieve required goals.

Some of the Functions Include:
- Organize and assemble material needed for groups, workshops, meetings, trainings, etc.
- Attend meetings, take and transcribe minutes, agendas, distribute minutes and maintain the official records
- Process admission forms
- Coordinate exit surveys and assist with the delivery of on-site service to students
- Monitors program data collection, assists with preparation of program activities
- Compose correspondences for management’s signature, either from general instructions or information obtained from researching documents
- Maintains calendar, schedule and sign in/sign out log
- Monitors office supply inventory, prepare requisitions for supplies, printing and other services
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Preserve and safeguard the confidentiality of CFCE and client records.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma
Minimum Experience
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience, preferably with office management responsibilities
Skills Needed
- Must type a minimum of 35 – 45 wpm
- Strong Time Management and organizational skills License.
