As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for office management. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties necessary for the efficient running of the department, including all of CINS/FINS/SNAP program(s).

- Provide linkage and network services for and on behalf of clients and their families.
- Maintain consistent and accurate documentation, and prepare appropriate billing.
- Have proficiency in various computer software.
- Manage office, typing, filing, scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Familiarity with cognitive behavior modification; structured groups and parent education groups
- Community/Agency liaison
- Provide clerical assistance with CINS/FINS, DVRESPITE and SNAP

Skills Needed
- Have proficient usage of computer, calculator, fax machine, telephone and copy machine.
- Handle multiple tasks; maintain effective interpersonal relationships; ability to work independently; interface appropriately with the public;
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Attend meetings, take, transcribe and distribute minutes; maintain official records; prepare monthly reports;
- Maintain adequate office supplies and perform other miscellaneous clerical duties.
- Must be computer literate
- Exhibit appropriate professional and courteous behavior towards colleagues, clients, families and the community at large.
- Maintain a positive relationship with peers and superiors.
- Maintain appropriate and open interdepartmental communications.
