The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.
As a Data Specialist, you will maintain the accuracy of the agency’s client master list and validating the information therein. The Data Specialist will work directly with the POA/QA Director to maintain accuracy of the client’s information in the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) database.

Some of the Functions Include:
- Running and Disseminating FSFN reports on a daily basis, including but not limited to: Healthcare, Children Seen, Client Active, Removal Placement, Bio parent visits, FFA-O, Progress Updates, etc.
- Updating client placements in FSFN
- Assisting staff with entries, medical, dental, mental health, education, etc. into the FSFN database.
- Create and Maintain client master list and ensure FSFN accuracy.
- Providing a total of all the agencies clients at the end of the week.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience
- At least three years related experience
- Knowledge of the Child Welfare System and its databases preferred.
Skills Needed
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make independent judgments and decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including presentation skills.
- Access to a well maintained vehicle, valid auto insurance, and a current and valid Driver’s License
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel, Florida Safe Families Network, CJIS and CSIS.
