As a Contracts Manager you will track all contractual agreements between the organization and providers, payers, and other partners.

- Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, amendments and renewal notices in the Compliatric system.
- Ensure contracts and amendments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create and revise policies and procedures as needed to ensure CFCE is following state and federals regulations
- Manage and maintain the Compliatric database system to ensure accountability with internal processes
- Review contract terms and expected outcomes with program heads and staff.
- Collaborate with the program heads, program staff, and the QA/QI Specialist to develop a process for tracking contractual requirements to validate compliance and prepare analytical reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure that accounts receivable and accounts payable are compliant with contractual terms.
- Monitor and communicate all contract breaches and develop a response plan.
- Provide support to internal staff on contract-related matters
- Report all contractual issues to supervisor and CEO.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, business, law, finance, or a related area
- A minimum of five-year experience contract management, healthcare, social services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skill for managing and tracking contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting contract terms.
- Experience and comprehension of contractual measures and outcomes.
- Experience in preparing analytical reports.
- Experience in high-volume data collection.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and spread sheet applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, managers and the public.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
